Crochetin’ Again
Last week I felt the urge to pick up my crochet hooks again. (Maybe it had something to do with the post I wrote earlier about knitting left-handed?) I was browsing Etsy and decided to look at some crochet patterns. I found the cutest little sunhat pattern for Princess A.
The Etsy shop I purchased the pattern from has really nice pictures of the finished products as you can see from this picture of the sunhat.
I am just about finished with the sunhat. I bought enough yarn over the weekend to make two of them- one in purple and one in blue. And I am really glad I did! For one because it is turning out so cute and two, this first one I am working on I made in the medium size and that is obviously going to be a little big for her right now! Nothing she can’t grow into though. The second sunhat I will make in the small size.
I love the fact that the hats are made with cotton yarn. Easy to clean and cool for summer time! And Princess A loves hats right now! Everything that can fit on her head is a hat to her. Bowls, buckets, you name it, she has been found walking around the house wearing various objects saying “HAT!”
I’ll post some pics when they are both finished.
